Chicken Lunch, Anyone?

Our restaurant experience in Jamaica has taught us that Jamaicans LOVE chicken. Chicken could very well replace Ackee & Saltfish as the national dish. At Lorna’s Catering in Kingston, on a daily basis we sell far more chicken than anything else on the menu.

What kind of chicken do Jamaicans seem to love the most? We’d say Fried Chicken. We ALWAYS have Fried Chicken on our menu, because people demand it every single day.

Fried Chicken with Rice & Peas is a must. Some like to top off this combo with curry gravy, while others prefer Oxtail Gravy.
